Tox Club Rules

Current members may upgrade and will have their application waived (valid until 6/15/2024)
Members may apply for eligible rebates & rewards for fillers

$99 non-bankable application fee

  • $25 to apply
  • $25 a month on auto deduction (non bankable)
  • If a payment is missed you will be billed for the entire year due immediately, and be subject to loss of benefits for the remainder of the term
  • 100 Unit per quarter limit- any additional units are at the regular retail price
  • Members in good standing - $8.00 per unit

What is the primary product eligible for Tox Club 1.0 and 2.0 Memberships?
TOX Club membership is exclusively for Jeaveau/JeuveauXL product users.
What is available for the free quarterly treatments?
We offer a free treatment of Facial, Dermaplane, LED Light Therapy, or Laser Glow for both Tox Club 1.0 and 2.0 members.
How long is the monthly commitment for the Tox Clubs?

Both Tox Club 1.0 and 2.0 have a 12 month long commitment. For Tox Club 1.0 there is a $99/month fee, and for Tox Club 2.0 there is a $199/month fee.

Is there an application fee for joining a Tox Club?
Yes, there is a $99 non-bankable application fee when you initially join a Tox Club.
Are there any consequences if a member misses a monthly payment or cancels?
Yes, if a monthly payment is missed or if the membership is canceled prematurely, the member will be billed $250. Additionally, they may lose benefits for the remainder of their membership term.
Is there a limit on the number of units a member can purchase each quarter?
Yes, there is a limit of 100 units per quarter for members. Any additional units beyond this limit will be charged at the regular retail price.
How much does a unit cost for members in good standing?
Members in good standing can purchase units at a 10% discount with Tox Club 1.0 and 20% discount with Tox Club 2.0.

Kiana is the best! She did my eyelash extension. She was very friendly and helpful. I will be coming back to see her again.. She did an amazing job. I love my lashes now. She did exactly what I wanted but the results were above my expectations. Definitely recommend this company to anyone that is looking for services. Hands down the best around. Prices are reasonable.
