Remain upright for 4 hours
Exercise treated muscles for 1 hour
Avoid touching injection sites
Apply ice if needed for swelling
Avoid lying down for 4 hours
No exercise for 24 hours

Avoid saunas and steam rooms
No facials or massages
Avoid alcohol and blood thinners
Sleep with head elevated
Avoid intense heat and sweating
Continue gentle skincare
4First Week
Results appear in 3-5 days
Full results in 10-14 days
