  • Must be eligible for your $40 quarterly rebate (this goes towards the discount not in addition to)
  • $25 to apply
  • $25 a month on auto deduction (non bankable)
  • If a payment is missed you will be billed for the entire year due immediately, and be subject to loss of benefits for the remainder of the term
  • 100 Unit per quarter limit- any additional units are at the regular retail price
  • Members in good standing - $8.00 per unit

What is the primary product eligible for TOX Club membership?

TOX Club membership is exclusively for Jeaveau/JeuveauXL product users.

Can you explain the quarterly rebate?

The quarterly rebate of $40 is deducted from your membership fee, not given in addition to it. It helps reduce the cost of your membership commitment.

How much is the monthly commitment for TOX Club?

The monthly fee to be a part of The Tox Club is $25/month with a 12-month commitment.

Is there an application fee for joining TOX Club?

Yes, there is a $25 application fee when you initially join TOX Club.

Are there any consequences if a member misses a monthly payment?

Yes, if a monthly payment is missed, the member will be billed for the entire year’s commitment amount immediately. Additionally, they may lose benefits for the remainder of their membership term.

Is there a limit on the number of units a member can purchase each quarter?

Yes, there is a limit of 100 units per quarter for members. Any additional units beyond this limit will be charged at the regular retail price.

How much does a unit cost for members in good standing?

 Members in good standing can purchase units at a discounted rate of $8.00 per unit.

Kiana is the best! She did my eyelash extension. She was very friendly and helpful. I will be coming back to see her again.. She did an amazing job. I love my lashes now. She did exactly what I wanted but the results were above my expectations. Definitely recommend this company to anyone that is looking for services. Hands down the best around. Prices are reasonable.
