Please review all pre and post instructions prior to signing consent for all treatments.
By providing your consent for these procedures, you acknowledge and agree to the following care instructions.
- Health Status:
- Clients should be in good health and have no chronic illnesses or medical conditions that could affect the outcome of my treatment.
- Medications:
- Have not currently taken Motrin, aspirin, or any other blood-thinning medications, and I agree to avoid these for 72 hours before any invasive treatment.
- Have not consumed antibiotics or steroids within the last 10 days. If I have, I will reschedule my appointment.
- Skin Condition:
- Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup, lotions, and any other products.
- Not using Accutane and have not used it within the last 6 months.
- Do not used retinols or skin-lightening products in the treatment area for 7-10 days, unless otherwise instructed by my provider.
- Cold Sores:
- Pre-treat for cold sores 3-7 days before treatments involving the face or private areas if I am prone to them.
- Hydration and Nutrition:
- Maintain a minimum intake of 62 ounces of water daily for 5-7 days post-treatment.
- Eat a protein-based meal before my treatment.

Medical Conditions Contraindicated for Aesthetic treatments:
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Active infections or rashes in the treatment area
- Severe or uncontrolled chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, cardiovascular disease)
- History of severe allergic reactions or anaphylaxis
- Recent surgery or invasive procedures in the treatment area
- Use of immunosuppressive medications
- Cancer or undergoing cancer treatments

These guidelines help ensure your safety and the effectiveness of your treatments.
- Hydration:
- Drink at least 64 ounces of water the day before and the day of your injection to stay well-hydrated.
- Medication and Supplement Review:
- Inform your provider about all medications and supplements you are currently taking. Some medications may be contraindicated for Lipo injections, especially if you have anxiety, cardiovascular issues, or thyroid conditions.
- Avoid taking Motrin, aspirin, or alcohol for 72 hours before your treatment.
- If you have been on antibiotics or steroids in the past 10 days, please reschedule your appointment.
- General Health:
- Ensure you are not using Accutane or have used it within the last 6 months.
- Discontinue retinols and skin-lightening products in the treatment area for 7-10 days unless otherwise directed by your provider.
- Eat a protein-rich meal before your treatment.
- Hydration:
- Continue to drink at least 62 ounces of water daily for 5-7 days following your treatment.
- Medication and Supplement Review:
- Use Tylenol to manage any post-treatment discomfort.
- If needed, take Zyrtec or Benadryl to address swelling and itching, though we aim for a histamine response.
- Cold Sore Management:
- For those prone to cold sores, treat them for 3-7 days following any facial or private area treatment.
- Monitor Side Effects:
- Be aware of potential side effects including anxiety, constipation, diarrhea, dry mouth, fatigue, incontinence, insomnia, and numbness in extremities. Contact your provider if you experience any of these.
If on a package or series, confirm your next treatment appointment. It is recommended to have 3-4 treatments sometimes 6 depending on the treatment, with maintenance sessions every 6 months and annual repeats to enhance and sustain results and collagen production.

- Lipo Plus Injections (Methionine, Inositol, Choline):
- Liver Disease: Conditions such as cirrhosis or hepatitis might be exacerbated by these injections.
- Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Safety during pregnancy and lactation hasn’t been well established.
- Allergies: Known hypersensitivity to any component of the injection.
- Certain Medical Conditions: Caution with conditions like cardiovascular disease, thyroid disorders, or psychiatric conditions.
- Semaglutide Injections:
- Type 1 Diabetes: Semaglutide is not recommended for individuals with type 1 diabetes.
- Diabetic Ketoacidosis: Should not be used during episodes of diabetic ketoacidosis.
- Personal or Family History of Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma: Semaglutide is contraindicated in individuals with a history of this type of thyroid cancer.
- Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Syndrome Type 2: Avoided in individuals with this syndrome. 7. Vitamin C Injections:
- Kidney Stones: High doses of vitamin C can increase the risk of kidney stones.
- Certain Conditions: Caution in individuals with conditions such as G6PD deficiency or those with severe renal impairment.
- Allergies: Known hypersensitivity to vitamin C or injection components.
General Contraindications:
- Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Always consult a healthcare provider before administering any vitamin injections during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Current Illness or Infection: Infections or illnesses may affect how the body handles vitamin injections.
